Start with whatever's costing you the most.
You don't need all of it on day one and we're not going to sell you all of it on day one. Pick the piece that's bleeding, get it working, and add the rest when it's earned its keep.
Month to month. No setup surprises. Cancel and keep your phone number.
Three places to start
Most shops start in the middle. Every one of these includes the setup, the changes, and us running it — there's no version where you're on your own.
The Front Desk
For the shop where the phone is the whole problem and nothing else is on fire yet.
- AI voice agent answering every call, day and night
- Quotes your prices, your services, your hours
- Books straight onto your calendar
- Texts you a summary after every call
- Clean handoff to you when it can’t help
- Up to XXX calls a month
The Full Desk
Phone, texts, and the follow-up. This is the one that actually gives you your evenings back.
- Everything in The Front Desk
- AI text agent on the same number
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Reschedules and cancellations by text
- Review request after every completed job
- Day-before reminder with a second nudge if they go quiet
- Monthly rundown of what happened
The Back Office
For the shop that’s outgrown “answer the phone” and wants the paperwork gone too.
- Everything in The Full Desk
- Estimates out automatically, with follow-up
- Owner approval flows before anything goes out
- Multiple numbers, locations, or crews
- Hooks into the software you already run
- Custom automation for how your shop actually works
Add it when you want it
Bolt-ons, not a new plan. Turn one on this month, turn it off next month if it isn't pulling its weight.
Website chatbot
The same agent, answering on your site. Same prices, same booking, same brain — it just isn’t on the phone.
Review engine
Every finished job gets a text with a direct review link. The single cheapest thing you can do for the phone ringing next month.
Estimates & follow-up
Quote goes out the moment the job’s logged, then chases itself at day three and day seven so you don’t have to.
Owner approvals
Nothing goes out the door without your yes. You get a text, you reply Y, it sends. For the shops who want a hand on the wheel.
Extra number or location
Second truck, second shop, a dedicated emergency line. Each one gets its own hours and its own rules.
Outbound follow-up
The estimates that went quiet, the maintenance plans up for renewal, the customer you haven’t seen in fourteen months.
Before you decide it’s expensive.
Most people who call a trade business don’t leave a voicemail — they hang up and call the next name on the list. Put your own numbers in and see what that’s worth over a year.
That’s the number. Now go back up and look at the price again.
In every plan, no line item
This is the white-glove part. It's not an upsell.
- The whole build. We write it, wire it, and test it. You approve it before a customer hears it.
- Changes whenever you want them. Price went up? Text me. Live the same day, no ticket, no charge.
- We watch the conversations and tune the ones that went sideways.
- Your number stays yours. We forward it. We never own it.
- No contract. Month to month. If it isn't making you money, you shouldn't be paying for it.
What's not included
Because "no hidden fees" only means something if you list them.
- Carrier costs above your call volume. Heavy months run over — it's cents per minute and we show you the number, we don't mark it up.
- Rebuilding your website. Not what we do. We'll tell you who does.
- Software you already pay for. Your calendar, your CRM — keep them, we connect to them.
- Ad spend. We make the leads you're already buying actually get answered. We don't buy them.
Money questions
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel whenever. We'd rather earn it every thirty days than lock you in and coast. If it isn't paying for itself, that's our problem to fix or your cue to leave.
Why is there a setup fee?
Because the setup is real work — your prices, your services, your hours, your calendar, your phone routing, and a round of you testing it and telling us what sounds wrong. It's a few days of hands-on building, not a signup form. Charging for it is what lets the monthly stay reasonable.
How fast does it pay for itself?
Run the sliders above with your own numbers. For most shops, one booked job a month covers it. If your average ticket is over $400, it's usually less than that.
What if I want to start smaller than the entry tier?
Tell me on the call. If a single module fixes your actual problem, I'd rather sell you that and have it work than sell you a plan you don't need and lose you in four months.
Do I pay for the phone calls?
Your plan covers a call volume that fits a normal month. Go way over — a heat wave, a storm, a busy season — and there's a per-minute carrier cost we pass through at what it costs us. We show you the number. Nobody gets a surprise invoice.
Can I pause it in the slow season?
Yes. Landscapers and HVAC shops ask this constantly. We can drop you to a hold rate over the quiet months and bring it back up before your phone starts again. Say so up front and we'll plan for it.
